Micro E Support - Returns and Refunds Policy


At Micro E Support, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. If within 30 days of receiving your goods we will provide you an account credit or refund.  Unfortunately, the cost of a courier collection of goods will be deducted from a refund unless items are faulty. Alternatively, you can arrange delivery of unwanted goods yourself, but remain responsible for goods to be returned without damage. Please email us for a returns authorisation to send back goods.  No goods can be accepted to our business address without a returns authorisation provided beforehand.
 

If you cancel an order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the order to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Micro E Support Limited, 2/1 Clyde Suites,48 West George street, Glasgow or email us at  info@microesupport.com of your decision to cancel the order by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
